Description
Clinical Lab scientist needed to perform toxicology testing, urine drug screening, and quantitative drug confirmation testing in a Physician office laboratory.
Applicant must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Performing laboratory testing per written policies and procedures
• Maintaining the laboratory according to CLIA regulatory compliance
• Skilled in troubleshooting instrumentation, quality control, and assay problems
• Maintaining laboratory records and ensuring Quality Assurance documentation is complete
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Process laboratory samples
• Assist with customer service and client relations
Qualifications and Experience:
• A.S. or B.S. degree in Chemical, Biological or clinical Laboratory Science. (Diploma and transcripts are required)
• Meets CLIA personnel qualifications for high complex testing – (Diploma and transcripts required)
• 2 years’ experience in Clinical Chemistry and toxicology
• Experience with Laboratory CLIA compliance preferred
• Must have good laboratory skills and ability to multi-task
• Position requires excellent organization, writing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
· Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

3. Surgical Technologist/ Surgical Scrub Technologist

Job description
OMNI Surgery Center is looking for bright, talented, resourceful surgical technologists / scrub techs with exceptional clinical and communication skills for our state-of-the art multi-specialty outpatient surgery center.
Immediate Part-Time, and/or Full-Time positions are available.
The Surgical Technologist assists in the preparation and maintenance of a sterile environment using the surgical standards, policies, and procedures for the purpose of assisting the physician with the surgical procedure.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare operating room for surgery
- Set-up and handle surgical instrumentation and equipment
- Maintain sterile conditions
- Prepare patients and transport them to/from surgery
- Monitor the patient and equipment during surgery
- Function as a scrub technician as assigned
- Perform other clinical duties of similar nature
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Surgical Technology
- New York State licensure as a Surgical Technologist
- BCLS Certified, ACLS preferred
- Prior experience working as a surgical technologist in a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery environment preferred
- Certification as a Sterilization Processing Technician preferred

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Billing Specialist to oversee all aspects of billing operations at our Ambulatory Surgery Center. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in coding, billing, collections, and dispute resolution, with the ability to manage a team and optimize financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the billing team, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all processes.
Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including patient registration, coding, billing, collections, payment posting, and denial management.
Ensure accurate coding and billing practices in compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific requirements.
Manage surgical physician and facility billing, including implants and accessories.
Oversee both in-network and out-of-network billing processes.
Navigate and manage federal and state Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) processes to maximize reimbursement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administration to address documentation, coding, and compliance issues.
Qualifications
Certified Professional Coder (CPC or equivalent) required.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
Strong knowledge of surgical billing, including physician and facility services.
Expertise in billing for implants, accessories, and complex surgical procedures.
In-depth understanding of out-of-network billing and IDR processes.
Proven track record in managing collections, denial resolution, and payer negotiations.
