Dr. Mohar is a graduate of Sir Salimullah Medical College, with surgical residency at Columbia University Medical center affiliated Harlem Hospital Center, Physical Medicine residency at New York Medical college/Metropolitan Hospital and fellowship training in interventional pain management at the OMNI Pain and Precision Medicine in New York.
Dr. Mohar is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
He has had vast surgical and research experience (General surgery, Cardiovascular Surgery, Trauma Surgery) during his career which makes him unique and highly qualified in the field of Interventional pain management. His experience in Physical medicine and rehabilitation focuses on functional restoration and quality of life improvement. His surgical experience adds to his skill in performing the most advanced surgical interventional techniques to resolve pain and dysfunction. Dr Mohar utilizes Stem Cell therapy/Regenerative Medicine focusing on large joints (shoulder, hip, knee), and the spine. Treatments include BioDisc™, Viadisc, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), and Bone Marrow Concentrate (BMC).

He is member of North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS), American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AAPMR) and the New York Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (NYSIPP).
He performs procedures and surgeries at the OMNI surgery center which is fully equipped with Ultrasound, Surgical microscopes, fluoroscopy, and anesthesia, and dedicated to neurosurgery, pain management and outpatient orthopedics (omnisurgery.com). Dr Mohar is affiliated with the MVHS where he holds clinical privileges. He is licensed to practice medicine and surgery in 3 states. Dr. Mohar uses cutting edge technology in the treatment of Pain and has expertise in minimally invasive therapies for the treatment of Pain of Spinal and Skeletal origin.
